Recess Rumble · Effective September 28, 2026

Recess Rumble is a game for iPhone and Android made by Mubariz Hajimuradov ("I", "me"). This policy explains what the game does with your information.

The short version: Recess Rumble does not collect, store or share any personal information.

What the game collects

Nothing. Recess Rumble has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it does not connect to the internet. It never asks for your name, email address, location, contacts or photos, and it does not use your device's advertising ID.

What is saved on your device

The game saves your settings, such as sound volume and whether vibration is on, in a file on your device, so they are still there the next time you play. This file never leaves your device and I cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Permissions

On Android, the game asks for permission to vibrate, which it uses only for haptic feedback while you play. It does not ask for any other permissions.

App stores

You get Recess Rumble from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle downloads and payments under their own privacy policies:

If you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may send me crash reports and usage statistics. These are anonymous and combined across many players, and I use them only to fix bugs and improve the game.

Sharing and selling

I do not sell, rent or share personal information, because the game does not collect any. The game contains no third-party code that collects data.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you think a child has sent me personal information by email, contact me and I will delete it.

If you email me

If you contact me, I use your email address and message only to reply to you. I do not add you to any mailing list or share your message with anyone. I delete our conversation when you ask me to, or once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, and to object to how it is used. Because the game collects no data, the only personal data I could hold is an email you sent me. Ask, and I will show it to you or delete it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Keeping and deleting data

No game data is stored on any server. To delete everything the game has saved, uninstall it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game starts to collect data (for example, to show ads or offer online play), I will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top of this page.
